Production Superintendent

Joined Core Energy Management as a Production Superintendent in December 2022. Mr. Rutledge has a career that spans over 15 years as an oil and gas operator. Throughout his career he has played a key role in leadership, asset development/management, and strategic planning for both private equity backed and independent corporations. Prior to joining Core Energy Management, Rutledge served as Production Superintendent for Relentless Permian Operating (2018-2022). He began his career as a Lease Operator/ Well Tech with Plantation Petroleum Company IV (2009-2011). Afterwards, Rutledge worked as the Production Foremen for Plantation Petroleum Company V and ultimately served as Operations Manager (2011-2018). Mr. Rutledge holds a B.S. degree in Economics as well as an MBA from Tarleton State University.
