Jon has been in the oil and gas industry for more than 11 years now. After graduating from Texas Tech in 2013, he started working for Occidental Petroleum supporting their Delaware Basin before moving to Callon Petroleum. During his career, Jon has filled numerous roles from Facility and Production Engineering to Production Foreman and Workover Supervisor giving him a unique perspective of multiple facets within upstream production operations. Jon also obtained a master’s in business administration from Texas Tech in 2020.
