CPL Land Manager

Kendal Bryand is our Land Manager at New Height Energy, LLC. Kendal has more than 22 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has been with New Height Energy, LLC since August 2023. Kendal is primarily focused on business development, due diligence, title, leasing, and drilling operations. Prior to joining New Height Energy, LLC, Ms. Bryand served as a Senior Trust Oil, Gas & Mineral Asset Manager with Wells Fargo Bank. Additionally, she served as a Staff Landman at Anadarko Petroleum where she managed a vigorous rig program in the Delaware Basin. Ms. Bryand has experience in the Midland Basin, the Delaware Basin, and the New Mexico Shelf. Kendal earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin. She is also a Certified Professional Landman, the highest designation awarded to professional Landmen. Kendal is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Permian Basin Landman Association (PBLA) and Women in Energy (WEN). She currently resides in Midland, Texas with her son.
